I’ve had the motivation to change my body and to become healthier for a long time and just wanting to create a better me in general. But being in my last trimester of pregnancy and not being very active beforehand, there isn’t much I can do except change my diet and do very light exercise. So I did my research and found this app. It’s amazing, and I suggest anyone first getting into exercise start off with this. Here is a summary:

So this was me two weeks ago (14/01/2014) when I was 30 weeks pregnant, I haven’t really changed much since then so I felt like there was no need to take a more recent picture. But, yea, this is my body now. I realise it’s only a picture of my stomach but that’s all you need right now, right? ;)
